Coach Dan is a former pro pitcher and 2x All-Star. He founded Warbird Academy, a baseball and softball facility, in 2010 and sold it in 2019 to pivot toward clinics and online education for players and families. A softball throwing expert, he conducts clinics around the country and shares his knowledge via YouTube. He resides in Washington, D.C. and writes, speaks and travels in his spare time.
